Notes from the coach
This class is a great class for children who have shown they can serve and rally on full length of the red ball court or are 8-9 years old.
The ball is higher and faster bouncing than a red and the net is also higher.
Sessions will include a combination of drills to work on technique, rallying with other children, competition and games.
