Frindsbury LTC

Established in 1900, FLTC is a not-for-profit members club located in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Upnor. It is affiliated to the Medway Lawn Tennis Association (MLTA) and national Lawn Tennis Association (LTA).

Play is year round. Our membership is made up of players of all ages and abilities, and we are always keen to welcome new members.

Facilities
•  Six all-weather courts with floodlights
•  Three excellent grass courts
•  One all-weather court no floodlights
•  Clubhouse with changing rooms, showers, full kitchen, lounge area and free wi-fi
•  Ample parking

Club play   Drop-in sessions for members of all levels.

Visitors  Non-members are welcome to come to club play sessions to try out our facilities. We are always keen to see newcomers.

Coaching   The club offers a full coaching programme. Fully qualified coaches offer individual and group sessions for all ages. Those new to tennis or starting playing again after a long break will benefit from joining the coaching squad for beginners.
 

Teams and competitions  The club enters teams in the Medway (summer only) and Kent (winter and summer) leagues, and enters teams in the annual John Denny (Woodlands) Cup. There are annual winter and summer season club championships.
 

Social events Fun tournaments, BBQs, quiz nights and a Christmas party.

Wimbledon tickets   As an affiliate of the the LTA, the club receives an allocation of tickets for the Wimbledon Championships. Members can enter a draw for a chance of being allocated a pair of tickets. You must be a British Tennis member and have opted in to the general Wimbledon ballot to qualify for entry in the draw.
