The Winter Box Leagues that were due to finish on the 3rd April are now ready to restart! You can now organise matches against pairs you haven't played yet. The new end date for this competition is Sunday 20th September.

Organise your match

The “home team” is the match organiser and should contact the opposition by phone or email.  The “home team” chooses where the match will be played and should discuss a convenient time with the opposition. The “home team” should also book the court and provide decent match balls (new or used a couple of times).

To find out who’s the “home team” for each match please go the league standing link and click on your league/division to find the matches list. You will also find your opposition's contact details under the “Teams” tab.

Matches format

Best of 3 sets (up to 6 games). If 1 set all, the third set is a match tie-break to 10 points (2 points clear). 

To ease the completion of matches within an hour we use the No Advantage rule at 40-40. The receiving team is allowed to choose the receiving side for this decider point.

There is no time limit to a match but if it cannot be completed due to end of court booking time (lights go off or court is booked afterwards) please enter your score as it is and points will be calculated as below.

League scoring

Match won = 2 points

Draw = 1 point. A draw would happen if the match cannot be completed and ends at 1 set all.

Loss = 0 points
