What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This course is a 4 week course with NO Tennis on 20th April. the 4th week will be 4th May and 11th May will be used for postponed weeks. Learning to play tennis is very much about 'time on court' and the number of balls hit, so these classes will focus on using games to stimulate enjoyment and create opportunities for hitting more balls and making friends in the process.
