For all members over the age of 18 who are looking for an opportunity to play more singles tennis.

The St. Albans and Harpenden Local Tennis League has been running successfully for the last few years.  The league is a mixed singles league for adults 18+, of any standard, with matches taking place on any community accessible tennis court within the local area. 

While the original concept of the Local Tennis Leagues, was to provide new competitive opportunities for players on park courts, many of the leagues now have strong representation from club members, who may be looking for additional singles matches and or for new people to play against. 

The local tennis league runs throughout the year, and is split into 5 rounds, enabling participants to enter at designated points across the year.  The closing date for round 3 of the Singles League is 13th June, and for round 4 is 22nd August.

Matches may be played on club courts by adding any non-mamber as a participant guest and paying the appropriate visitor fee when booking the court.
