Summer Camps
Camp dates are as follows: -
Week 1: Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th, Wednesday 31st July & Thursday 1st August
Week 2: Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th & Thursday 15th August
Week 3: Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22nd August
1/2 day or full day camps are available with early and late pick up options.
£33.00 half day & £60.00 full day or all 4 full days for £220.00.
A discount of 10% will be given should you book more than 6 half or full day camps
Morning sessions start @ 9.00am & finish @ midday.
Afternoon sessions start @1.00pm & finish @ 4.00pm
Early drop off is available from 8.30am and/or late pick up @ 4.30pm, £5.00 Extra for each option.
As most of you know we are an all-indoor centre, so we are able to operate whatever the weather. If it's sunny we simply open the sides to the courts and let the air flow through to cool us down.
Please remember that we have a NO mobile phone policy for all camps.
Any child found using a mobile phone during a camp, this includes any breaks, will be removed from the camp and the parent/carer will be asked to collect them straight away. Should your child need to speak to you then a coach will call you on the emergency number you have provided.
Once you have had confirmation of your booking you will receive an invoice for the camp, this will need to be paid prior to the camp as we are unable to take payment on the day of the camp. Your child will be unable to attend the camp if payment has not been made prior to the day.
These camps are incredibly popular so please be aware that as places are limited. Once you have booked a camp, should you wish to cancel that camp we will require 72 hours' notice otherwise payment will be forfeited unless we are able to fill that place.
We are now able to offer a credit card payment facility via an online link. Should you wish to pay by card the please reply to this email requesting card payment. (There is a small admin fee of £2.50)
If you wish to pay by Child Care Vouchers, please search your provider for Guildford Tennis Academy Ltd using the invoice number as the payment reference.
