In summay:

• Bookings can be made up to up to 7 days in advance.

• Those with an Annual Pass can book a maximum of a 2-hour slot, 4 times a week. 

• Pay and play bookings are a maximum of 2 hours each day. 

• By making a booking you are accepting all terms and conditions. 

• Please cancel any unwanted bookings online even if this is last minute, to allow others to play. We monitor "no shows" and persistent misuse of the booking system could lead to a ban on bookings. 

• Hampden Park Community Courts Committee has the right to cancel bookings at their discretion.  An email will be sent to the member notifying them 

• Hampden Park Community Courts Committee reserves the right to pre-book the Courts for coaching, events and maintenance 

• Hampden Park Community Courts are not permitted to be used for the receipt or delivery of professional coaching services unless this has been pre-arranged and agreed.  Please contact: coach@hampdenparkcommunitytennis.co.uk
