Hartley Wintney Parish Council has been funding FREE tennis camps for children living in RG27 8 postcodes in the Summer for several years. Due to their success (over 150 children took part last summer) they have decided to add three Easter Camps based on the same model.
This time HWTC will be taking the registrations and dealing with any enquiries. Please note that each child may only attend ONE free session over the Easter period. This is to ensure that as many children as possible benefit from these sessions.
The sessions will be run by HWTC's coach, Justin Tadman and volunteers from the club.
Important Booking Information
Please note that to book one of these sessions you will be asked to set up an account (which is free and without obligation) with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) on their ClubSpark system - if you do not have one already. If you do not have an account, the booking link will prompt you to create one. After you have done this, click the booking link again and you can login using your new details. Finally you will be asked to add your Child's details, including any allergies etc, plus an emergency telephone number. Please ensure you complete these details as the coaches will use this information in an emergency. In order to benefit from the free session, please add the first line of your address, and your postcode in the "Special Information" box when registering your child.
