Membership
We welcome members of all ages and abilities with two membership types: Annual or Pay and Play.
Our courts are within the grounds of Greenfields Junior School in Hartley Wintney, with court availability limited to outside school hours during term-time. You will need to register and join /renew a membership package every year in order to use our courts.
Our membership year runs from the beginning of March to the end of February.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Our annual paying membership scheme is an affordable way to play tennis, with a range of other benefits, as below.

We request you use a debit card rather than a credit card for court or membership payments since credit cards attract higher card transaction fees for the club.
If you are paying for Annual membership, please note that "Direct Debit" simply means you are making a payment online, not authorising us to take any future payments.
PAY & PLAY MEMBERSHIP
There is no charge to join, with court bookings costing £6 per hour (+£3 if playing under floodlights), payable at the time of booking. To participate in club-organised activities (other than socials and AGMs which are open to all), you will need to join one of the Annual membership packages.

Adult 2024

Eligibility: New members 18 years and older not in full time education living or working in the Hartley Wintney area
Couples 2024

Couples membership fee. Membership runs 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Cost £62.
Eligibility: Couples are defined as 2 adults with no children living or working within the Hartley Wintney area.
Up to 2 members
Family 2024

Family membership fee. Membership runs 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Cost £74.
Eligibility: A family based in the Hartley Wintney area. A family is defined as two adults and their children sharing the same household.
Junior 2024

Junior membership fee. Membership runs from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. £22.
Eligibility: Anyone living within the Hartley Wintney area under 18 and not covered by AAF Family or Single Parent membership packages. The Junior member must bethe only person in the household playing tennis. Note: contact details must be approved by an adult.

Eligibility: Any person living or working within the Hartley Wintney area.
Single Parent Family 2024

Single Parent Family membership fee. Membership runs 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Cost £62.
Eligibility: A single parent family is defined as 1 adult and their children living within the Hartley Wintney area.
Student 2024

Student membership fee. Membership runs from 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025. Cost £22.
Eligibility: Any student whose home is based within the Hartley Wintney area in full time education not already covered by the AAF Family membership package.
