Throughout the winter season, Harwell Village Tennis Club members hire excellent indoor tennis facilities at White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre, Abingdon.

Offering fantastic facilities for the winter, indoor courts at Abingdon allow members to continue training and playing through the poor weather months on a Friday evening from 8pm.

Several courts are block booked for members to join, with such an honest, true surface allowing Harwell teams the ability to hone strokes and play round robin sets in a competitive, yet social setting.

As important as the tennis, many then retire to the Harwellian or White Hart in Harwell for a few drinks afterwards, a great end to the working week, welcoming in the weekend in style.
