The Annual Quiz was held in the Clubhouse on the evening of the February 6th.  It  was expertly compered by the club’s quizmasters John Anderson and Philip Price.  Thirty attended this fun event and participants minds were challenged to recognise around 90 images of people in the public eye from a range of political, historical, celebrity and sporting backgrounds.  In addition, knowledge of geography was severely tested by requiring teams to label all the current East African countries from a map - this was gruelling!!!  As if  this didn't stretch the grey cells enough, attendees  had to answer questions from several more rounds covering a variety of other topics.  At the end of this demanding but wholly enjoyable quiz night, the worthy winners were the team of Evelyn, Neil, Jane and Charlie.
