We have good representation across summer and winter leagues.
Summer league
2025 was a very successful summer season across the board. We had 2 ladies and 2 mens teams participating in the North East Cheshire Lawn Tennis League (NECLTL) and 3 junior teams in local North West leagues. A special shout out goes to our ladies 1st team who secured promotion from their division (up to division 6) with a near perfect record of 10 wins and 1 loss. Back to back promotions in 2024 and 2025. GREAT RESULT!! And to our men's 1st and 2nd teams who also gained promotion to divisions 6 and 9, respectively. Great job!
Our ladies 2nd team, in their first year of competitive tennis, finished 8th in their league, a promising start. Our junior teams had some great matches in their leagues, with players also representing their schools throughout the summer.
All in all a fabulous summer, lots of impressive tennis and an opportunity to meet a lovely bunch of players along the way and share our love for the game, and it would seem cheese and biscuits!

Winter league
We have 3 winter league teams, so a level for everyone! Winter league takes the form of ladies/mens and mixed doubles and is a great way to stay fit over the winter.
Following a succesful 2024/25 season, with our 1st and 2nd teams finishing 2nd in their divisions and securing promotion for this year, the 2025/26 season has just kicked off.

Interested in joining a team?
If you are interested in playing competitively, we are always on the look out for new members. We hold regular training sessions (Saturday mornings and weekday evenings in the summer). All good fun and a great opportunity to hone your tennis skills! Please do get in touch if you fancy coming down to a training session. The more the merrier!
