We have brand new free, social tennis sessions for all ages, every weekend, across Hillingdon. The sessions are delivered by qualified parks tennis activators who will help to facilitate play, run easy to follow activities and also provide all of the equipment and is open to all levels.

Introduction
Hillingdon Parks Tennis provides a wide range of coaching opportunities for all levels of play. Our programmes are delivered at Cavendish Park, Northwood Rec Ground and Rosedale Park.
The programme offers professional weekly mini-tennis, and junior and adult coaching, along with offering holiday camps, competitions and fun tennis events for the whole family.
