Strength and conditioning for tennis

On Monday 30th July 7pm we held a trial session  'strength and conditioning for tennis'. Coach Chris Lambert led the session in which 7 members enjoyed an hour of fun games and excercises designed to help our tennis! If you are interested in joining future sessions at the club Chris is planning to set up some addtional sessions from September which will be available as paid coach led sessions for members and non-members.
