Club Playing Times

The club is open to all members during daylight hours.

Note that courts are now bookable on line by members.

Please note that in order to book courts you must first be invited to be a member of the club, if you're not registered then you won't be able to see/access our booking page (or see Hosted Keynes on the Clubspark Booker smartphone app). If you haven't received an invitation or don't know whether you are registered then please email membership@hktc.co.uk.

Certain times are set aside for “Club Playing”. This is available to all adult members and involves all players mixing in with each other. During these times members are asked to join in with others rather than playing in pre- arranged groups.

There are regular “turn up and play” club sessions available for all adult members. These sessions run on a Monday 10am, Wednesday 10am and Sunday 9am with an additional session on Thursday evenings in the summer. These friendly club sessions are an excellent way to meet other players.

For more details email membership@hktc.co.uk

Teams

Horam league - There is a men’s, ladies’ and mixed pair in each fixture, and each pair just plays its opposite number, best of 3 sets. Matches at home and away commence at 6.30pm due to necessity to finish in daylight. It is an ideal way to start playing in matches, improving your focus and consistency as well as your tactics, striving to win but playing in a friendly ambience. And it’s a way of putting something into the club as well as getting something out of it.

If people would like to get involved then please contact Rob Jones 07795 463686

General Court Guidelines

Guests – members can bring guests along and should deposit £2.50 for adults and 50p for children in the box attached to court 1. Non-members are not allowed to play unless accompanied by a member. Booking courts – as above. Guests are limited to no more than six visits per year.
