It might seem very early, but the process for Wimbledon tickets for 2020 starts now!

HKTC receive an allocation of Wimbledon tickets based on the number of eligible members that it has.

To be eligible you must be -

• 11 or over
• A British Tennis member
• Affiliated to Horsted Keynes Tennis Club
• Opted In to the ballot

The Opt In process for 2020 is now open and we have until 14th February to get as many members signed up as possible. Last year we managed to get 99 members to opt in out of about 220 and this got us 16 pairs of tickets. The LTA extract our list of eligible members after the 14th February.

HKTC have opted for an automated balloting process whereby it is handled entirely by the LTA. Once the automatic ballotting process starts (some time in March, date to be confirmed) successful members will be notified by email and will have 14 days to purchase or decline their tickets, after which the tickets will be automatically re-balloted and a new HKTC member selected. Any tickets not purchased by the cut off date around 24th May will no longer be available for re-balloting.

** Please note that this year we would ask that each family only purchase one pair of tickets. As tickets are allocated by member it is possible (and actually happens most years) that a family can be allocated multiple pairs of tickets. So, in the interest of fairness we are asking that if this happens the family only purchases their preferred pair and returns any others to the ballot for other members **
