Hovingham Tennis Club

We are a friendly and welcoming club of around 70 members, run by committed and enthusiatic volunteers. Our aim is to provide members with opportunities and facilities to enjoy and improve their game, and to play socially and competitively whilst keeping fees affordable to all.

Hovingham Tennis Club has one hard court (one of the best in the area) situated behind the village hall on the far side of the bowling green and with fields on two sides. For court users, there is free parking in the village hall car park. The court is available seven days a week. The Club owns a Ball Machine that is available for use by Full Members at Hovingham court.

Members of the Club run social 4s through the week, mixed, ladies and mens. If you have joined the club and would like to be invited to play in any of these, then please contact the Secretary to put you in touch with the relevant organiser.

In October, the club runs a weekly pickleball social on Tuesdays.  This is held at the Terrington Village Hall.  Please contact the Secretary for more information.
