We are writing to give notice of our AGM to be held on Monday 15th November at 7pm at the Hull YPI Centre - to be held in the Bar.

The AGM gives members an opportunity to discuss the management of the club with the Committee. All members of the Committee are prepared to stand for re-election but there are still vacancies and nominations for new members will be most welcome.

The club committee is run by members for members, we need to have new people, new ideas, new energy. If you are interested in joining the committee or would like any more details then please reply back to us on this email.

We will be also be presenting a revised Constitution for the approval of the members, if you would like a copy prior to the meeting then please advise.

If you are able to attend the meeting please respond so that we can ensure that we are as covid secure as possible.
