Welcome Pelican Park Tennis Club

Introduction to the Charity

Pelican Park Tennis was taken over by Pelican Park Community Trust in 2015, when a 25-year lease was granted from the Hull City Council for 12.9 acres of green space.  This includes 4 tennis courts that have received considerable funding to improve and maintain the courts to a higher standard.  There is also a new Community Building providing changing, showers and toilet facilities, along with multi-hall area, kitchen, cafe, office, and larger changing facilities for football/crickt teams.

Pelican Park Community Trust is a registered charity (1161532), situated in the Heart of the Holderness Ward, East Hull with over 10,500 households surrounding its fantastic facilities.  There are 5 local primary schools and 2 secondary schools within a 2 mile radius of the grounds, with coaching staff delivering multi-sport sessions throughout term time.

Over the past 4 years, the charity has grown in its session delivery and offers a wide range of multi-sport and learning opportunities for families, children and young people living within the City of Hull.
