LTA Youth Blue Sessions - Ages 4-5

These sessions are aimed at children aged 4-5 years old. Players will take part in fun games and activities that focus on improving basic motor skills such as balance, agility, and coordination, along with important sports skills such as catching, throwing, and of course, hitting! Learn by playing games and having fun! Parents are encouraged to join in if they wish, especially for the younger children.

LTA Youth Red Sessions - Ages 5-8

These sessions are aimed at children aged 5-8 years old, and are played on a Mini Red tennis court, with adapted Mini Red tennis balls. Players will take part in fun games and activities that focus on improving basic motor skills such as balance, agility, and coordination, along with important sports skills such as catching, throwing, and of course, hitting! Teamwork and communication skills will also be developed during engaging and exciting games!

LTA Youth Orange Sessions - Ages 9-10

These sessions are aimed at children aged 9-10 years old, and are played on a Mini Orange tennis court, with adapted mini orange tennis balls.  Players will take part in fun games and activities that look to build on their basic motor skills, such as balance, agility, and coordination, along with using the skills they have learned in their earlier years to enhance their tennis skills! Teamwork and communication skills will also continue to be developed during engaging and exciting games!

LTA Youth Green and Yellow Sessions - Ages 10+

These sessions are aimed at children aged 10 years old and older,  played on a full tennis court, with adapted mini green tennis balls, or full yellow balls.  Players will take part in fun games and more tennis-specific activities that look to use the skills they have picked up at younger stages, and develop them into tennis-specific skills! Tactical thinking will also be developed, along with teamwork, communication, and leadership skills!
