By training the teenagers within the programme the tennis leaders not only provide another avenue for the children to explore their tennis journey but they are also able to earn some money in the process .  Having progressed through the programme themselves, who better than to assist with the development of the new generation of players.  

Reece, Gabe, Jake, James and Alfie came through the programme and are now qualified coaches.  Who knows where this current crop will end up but they are enjoying a wonderful opportunity to grow in confidence as well as improve their inter personal and leadership skills.
