Cancellation/Refunds

Cancellations

We will always endeavor to run the sessions. 

Please always assume tennis is on. We will contact you via email if tennis is cancelled due to poor weather or for any other reason. If we cancel any session we will honour your payment and will offer you the opportunity to make up any missed session either on a different session or in the form of a credit in the next term.


Refunds

Refunds may only be issued if the session has been missed due to bad weather,(please check out our wet weather policies in either the Junior coaching or Adult coaching pages) , or illness/injury where a doctors note can be provided. 

However we do offer the opportunity to use any missed session as credit that can be used in the future. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the start of your session as we cannot provide refunds or credits after the session.
