What To Bring
What the children should bring:
To make sure your little ones have the best day possible, here is a quick guide on what to pack:
• Comfortable Clothing: T-shirt, shorts/leggings, and a jumper or hoodie in case it gets chilly.
• Proper Footwear: Trainers with good grip (no flip-flops or crocs for safety!).
• A Refillable Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key for all those aces!
• Packed Lunch & Snacks: A healthy lunch and a couple of small snacks for break times (please remember we are a nut-free camp).
• Sun Protection: Even if it’s cloudy, please apply sun cream before arrival and pack a hat.
• Raincoat: Just in case the British weather decides to surprise us!
• A Big Smile: Everything else (rackets, balls, and equipment) is provided by us!
Note for Parents: Please ensure all belongings are clearly labeled with your child's name.
What we will encourage:
Washing your hands before lunch - Hand wash will be available in the clubhouse which children will be guided towards before eating.
Location:
The Aylesbury morning camps will mostly be run on courts 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 (furthest from the clubhouse), with afternoon camps usually on courts 1, 2, 3 and 4.
We would ask that children are dropped off and collected from the clubhouse.
Cancellations:
In the event of heavy rain and courts flooding, we will send a text to inform if the camp has to be cancelled as we will have limited indoor space...refunds will be offered for any missed sessions.
