Cardio Tennis is a high-energy group fitness session combining tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise, designed for all skill levels to improve fitness and burn 300–1000 calories per hour. No tennis experience required. Led by instructors, these 60-minute sessions feature upbeat music, constant movement, and rapid-fire hitting, blending aerobic exercise suitable for all racket sport players and gym goers
