The Clubs’ Annual ‘Do’ will take place on Saturday 27 September at Beach Lane Social Club, Edinburgh, EH15 1HL. 

The evening will start at 7pm with Civierinos pizza and cold buffet served at 7.30pm. A fun filled evening will follow, including Speeches, Award Presentations, Quiz, Bingo and the option of Karaoke for those game! Additionally, the Club is funding a complimentary drink upon arrival. 

This event is open to all members of Joppa Community Tennis Club, although places are limited and should be booked early to avoid disappointment.  

How to secure your place:  

To secure your place please make the total payment and rsvp joppatc@hotmail.com with the following details- Family name, total number in your party, number of kids and details of any dietary requirements.  

The cost is £20 per adult and £15 per child (12 and under). All money to be paid into the Club account (details below). Please add your full name as reference (first name & surname) on your payment so we know who has paid.

As part of the evening’s activities, we would like to share photos of our members having fun on the courts. This is a lovely way to capture and share some of the fab times we have enjoyed over the past year. We encourage everyone to contribute a snapshot!  

By sending your photos you consent for your photos to be exhibited on the big screen at the club dinner. Following the event photos will be deleted.  

As in previous years, the photos will be shown in a montage display at the start of the evening on the big screen. Please send your photos to: joppatc@hotmail.com by Thursday 18 September.  

Bingo: 

We are looking for a club member to call the Bingo on the evening of the annual ‘do’. If you know the Bingo Lingo, and are interested, let Jen or Yvonne know.
