Head Coach - Jose Marquez
My name is Jose Marquez and I have over 15 years coaching experience. I played tennis to a high level as a junior and I am very passionate about the sport. At the age of 18 I was training at the Gerry Dipenar Tennis Academy in South Africa where I travelled around the country playing tournaments. I was part of the Riverside Chiswick coaching team and I am now the Head Tennis Coach at Raynes Park Residents Lawn Tennis club. I was co-author of the lesson plans for Tennis For Kids, a nationwide initiative lauched by the LTA, inspired by Great Britain winning the Davis Cup and am a trained TFK coach. I plan to take my Level 5 Masters Coaching Qualification and would also like to become an LTA Tutor.

Coach - Frances Allberry
Frances has been coaching for over 15 years. She was Head Coach at The King's Club, SW19 and now coaches with Jose at Raynes Park LTC, as well as at Marymount, Rokeby and Kings College School. She plays competetively for Surbiton Tennis Club in the Ladies 1st & 2nd Team and is Captain of their Mixed Doubles Team which competes in the Surrey Leagues.
Frances enjoys the variety of coaching adults and children in both groups and individually. She loves to inform and inspire her pupils, priding herself on the fun and energy she brings to her sessions. Giving aspiring and experienced players more confidence to enjoy their game is paramount.
As well as helping with the coaching programme, Frances runs the Cardio Tennis at RPRLTC. Cardio Tennis is a high energy, fun fitness class on the tennis court to music which runs on Monday evenings during term-time.
