COACHING SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
For adults, we run beginners, rusty rackets, intermediate and cardio tennis courses.
The beginners courses are aimed at complete beginners or those who have not played much tennis at all.
Rusty rackets courses are suitable for those who have played before, at school, university or any time previously but who haven't played for a while.
Intermediate courses work on match tactics, improving match play and honing skills.
Cardio Tennis is a high energy workout with tennis based drills to music. You can burn up to 600 calories in an hour, depending on how much effort you put in!
We can provide rackets if you don't have one. All you have to do is come along dressed for sport and bring a water bottle.
All first time lessons are free of charge to make sure you enjoy yourself!
