Kippen Tennis Club Open Day 
Last Sunday was the annual KTC Open Day and I’m delighted to say that we had pretty good weather 
and a fantastic turnout of over 70 people through the day!
Big thanks to Cammie of T&R Skinners in Kippen (purveyor of fabulous meats and sausages 
http://www.extraordinarysausagecompany.com ) for generously supplying our BBQ for free, we 
raised almost £100 for club funds as a result. 
It was especially great to see so many kids actually playing and having loads of fun on the court – 
don’t forget there are places available on all of our age-group and adult coaching classes, these run 
on many Saturday’s through the season at the club and you can see the different classes from the 
website.
There’s a lot of work involved in putting these things together and we’re very lucky to have a fab 
committee to share the load … so thanks to all of those folks for making it happen and also to 
everyone else who supported us by coming along to see what this fantastic sport is all about.
We are always on the lookout for new members, you can register and join on this very website and 
we look forward to welcoming you to our club.
