Online Booking Access:

• Members wishing to book a court  must first register with ‘Clubspark’.
• Clubspark is an LTA-linked platform that helps our clubs  to manage bookings, membership, coaching etc.
• Our preferred method of registration with Clubspark is that you use your LTA login.

LTA Registration:

Club members who currently are not LTA (previously BTM) registered can do so here.  Join LTA

• Please select “Advantage Play+”  membership and chose “Kirby Tennis Club” as your LTA registered venue.
• NOTE – LTA membership is FREE and has added benefits for Kirby Tennis Club and its members. 

Clubspark Registration:

If you already have your LTA username and password – please register with Clubspark here – select the register with your LTA account option .  Register for Clubspark

The  Diary is shown above – you MUST sign in  (top right)to be able to make a booking

• Select date, court number & start time for booking
• Select the end time – which will be in 30 min slots max 2 hours
• Select “add participant” and enter name/s of other player/s and identify them as member or guest (via drop down menu)
• Select “continue booking” or “discard” before finally “confirming booking”
• You will receive an email confirmation
• Should you wish to edit or cancel a booking – there is a “view my bookings” option on the Booking homepage once you have signed in to Clubspark

Court booking rules:

• Courts can be booked up to 28 days in advance
• Each booking is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
