Kick off the spring season with a burst of energy and join us for a fun-filled day of free tennis this April at Valentines Park on 25th April 2026 1.30 - 4.30pm. Whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or you already play regularly, our Open Days are the perfect opportunity to get on court and enjoy a free taster coaching session:
✅ Junior Coaching – A lively and engaging introduction to tennis for children, using age‑appropriate equipment to build confidence and develop core skills.
✅ Adult Coaching – Ideal for beginners or those returning to the game, supported by our friendly coaching team to help you improve and have fun.
✅ Completely Free! – No cost, no pressure. Just turn up, get involved, and enjoy tennis with family and friends!
Introduction
Welcome to the Valentines Park Tennis Coaching Website, which is part of Redbridge Parks Tennis - a program that operates throughout the borough.
Valentines Park is a beautiful award winning destination park with 8 hard tennis courts, on site parking, toilets, cafe and large open green spaces. You can access the park by vehicle on Melbourne Road, Perth Road and Cranbrook Road.
National Tennis Association run the coaching at the park site and offer professional coaching for mini-tennis, juniors, and adults on a weekly basis. We also organise holiday camps, competitions, and other fun tennis events for the whole family.
Our coaching program is the best place to learn and have fun on the court!
