Governance
The club is a 'community amateur sports club' affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and the Surrey Lawn Tennis Association. We are a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers elected by the membership. We are incorporated as Leatherhead Tennis Club Limited - a company limited by guarantee.
Each year we hold an Annual General Meeting of members to review progress and plans, to approve the accounts and any changes to subscriptions, and to elect the directors and committee members. 'Highlights of the AGM' (click below) summarises our recent achievements and future plans.
