Booking Rules

The rules for booking are as follows: 

  • Only LTC members can book LTC courts 
  • You must register first with ClubSpark and set a password to be able to use the system
  • You can book up to two weeks in advance (e.g. at 8am on Monday you can make bookings for two Mondays ahead)
  • Juniors / Junior Parents may not book courts for after 7pm Mondays - Thursdays and for before 12 noon on Saturdays.  However they may have use of them when they are not booked / being used by adult members.
  • Mini Tennis Members / Parents may not book courts for after 6pm Mondays - Thursdays, for before 6pm  on Saturdays or for before 1pm on Sundays.
  • The floodlights on Court 5 can be used until 21.30 Monday to Friday and until 19.30 on Saturday and Sunday. 
  • On Sunday mornings play on courts 5&6 should not start before 9am.
