In line with the LTA’s safeguarding policy, Leek Tennis Club strives to ensure that all children, young people and adults at risk are safeguarded from abuse and have an enjoyable tennis experience whilst with us.
Everyone who is involved in tennis at Leek Tennis Club has a responsibility to support this by promoting the welfare of all children, young people and adults at risk.
If you have any concerns about a child, young person or adult at risk then you should raise these with your club welfare officer, Drew Bennett, at 07469 856675 or the LTA Safeguarind Team as soon as possible. If you are unable to contact either of them, the NSPCC have a 24/7 helpline – 0808 800 5000. If someone is in immediate danger, call the Police (999).
If you would like more information then please refer to the club’s safeguarding policy LTC Safeguarding Policy and the equality and diversity policy LTC Equality-and-Diversity-Policy or speak with Drew Bennett.
