Privacy Policy Statement
This privacy statement sets out our current policies and demonstrates our commitment to your privacy.
Collection of any personal data is confined to details given in the annual membership application. This information will be restricted and used only within the parameters of running Lindfield Lawn Tennis Club and promoting local events or for use on our website.
To preserve the confidentiality of all information:-
- We will only collect information that we believe to be relevant to running a tennis club and generally promoting tennis locally
- We will not disclose member information to any external organisation/ third party unless we have explicit consent or are required by law
- We aim to keep personal data information up-to-date; this will be deleted for those that no longer wish to be a club member
- We maintain strict security systems designed to prevent unauthorised access to member information by anyone
- Individual members have the right of access of personal data held and the right to withdraw consent at any time
