The membership year is 1st March 2020 to 28th February 2021.
We welcome membership applications: our subscriptions encourage couples and families to join and there’s also a discount of £5 per member * for any second and subsequent younger members at the same address.

Membership rates have been reduced by 60% from 1st September 2020

Your information is used to compile our Membership List for each Membership Year which runs from 1 March to 28 (or 29) February.
It will usually be kept for no more than 1 year after the membership year ends.
It is used by the Committee, Team Captains, Tournament Organisers and Head Coach to run the Club (eg informing you about the AGM and renewals, upcoming events, and running teams and tournaments): we don’t give or sell it to anyone outside the Club.
You can decide separately whether or not to be contacted by the Head Coach and whether or not to be included in the circulation of contact details of adult members (see boxes above)
Most communication is by email but we also use texts and telephones occasionally. Some groups of members also use WhatsApp and other messaging tools that you can opt into separately.
