How we use your information.
Please only supply information that you’re happy for us to use.
- Your information is used to compile our Membership List for each Membership Year which runs from 1 April to 31 March.
- It will usually be kept for no more than 1 year after the membership year ends.
- It is used by the Committee, Team Captains, Tournament Organisers and Head Coach to run the Club (eg informing you about the AGM and renewals, upcoming events, and running teams and tournaments): we don’t give or sell it to anyone outside the Club.
- You can decide separately whether or not to be contacted by the Head Coach.
- Most communication is by email but we also use texts and telephones occasionally. Some groups of members also use WhatsApp and other messaging tools that you can opt into separately.
