Notes from the coach
This session is designed for children aged 6-8 years who are new to tennis. Here we will develop the ABCs of tennis (Agility, balance, co-ordination) while getting to grips with the basics of tennis. We will look at rallying with the forehand and backhand, serving overarm and underarm, and some volleying. We will also teach kids how to score a mini tennis match.
