This session is designed for players aged 17 or over and is suitable for all adults who have played tennis before and are looking to take their game to the next level!

This coach-led session will offer tactical and technical support for players in both a singles and doubles setting. We will help adults understand the tactics in tennis as well as improving their technique through high-volume practise. This session is a great chance for you to meet new people, compete against each other, work with a partner to problem-solve when playing doubles, and most importantly enjoy the sport we love to coach.
