CLUB ADULT MIXED DOUBLES LEAGUE SUMMER 2026
This league is for adults only.
If you don't have a tennis partner, but wish to play, let Angela or Les know, and we'll aim to find a partner for you.
ADULT CLUB MIXED DOUBLES LEAGUE RULES
You arrange to play against everyone in your league
You are expected to play all matches
If you are unable to complete your matches due to unforeseen circumstances, please email the
organiser and you will be removed from the league
Please let the organiser know if you are having trouble arranging matches as all matches should be
played
All matches to be arranged as soon as possible
Three sets are played if needed; a tie break instead of a 3 rd set is not permitted
If a match has to be suspended due to weather conditions the match is resumed from where it was
stopped
If a match has to be stopped because of injury the opposing team claim the match
1 point is given for playing, 1 point is given for a set and 1 point is given for a win
At the end of the term, two pairs go up and two pairs go down. If there are changes in the leagues
this is sometimes not possible
You MUST be flexible when you can play. It is not deemed fair to only be available to play in the
daytime.
REPORT MATCH RESULTS
After a match has been played it is the responsibility of the winning pair to email the result to the
organiser Angela Martin email address martinangela721@gmail.com
The league tables will be on the website and also emailed to everyone in the league at the beginning
of every month
