Welcome to Lydia Mountford's tennis coaching page.

Never played tennis before, but want to learn? 

Or do play a lot and want to sharpen your skills for the summer league?! 

Lydia runs a variety of classes for both children and adults to suit your game and also teaches private lessons if you would like one to one coaching. 

Lydia coaches at various clubs in Liverpool and the Wirral so be sure to book onto one of her classes to see big improvements in tennis and your fitness.
