When swinging meets tennis! American tournaments are round-robin doubles competitions in which participants are paired at random and then you swap partners mid-way through each round. All ages and abilities are welcome to compete for the coveted trophy! Dates are…

MCS Club Tournament 2025

We’re going to be kicking off the tournament in April, with matches to be played from May to August, building to the grand finale on MCS Finals Day on Saturday  13th September. There will be singles, doubles and mixed doubles tournaments.

Carefully timed to capitalise on Wimbledon, this year we’re combining our open day with an American Tournament to show the club at its fun and inclusive best. We’d be very grateful if everyone could make a special effort to come along.

Walking Tennis Taster Session

We’re offering a free Walking Tennis taster session on Friday 26th September at 11am, followed by coffee and cake.  Walking Tennis is a fun and inclusive version of the game, ideal for those who may prefer a gentler pace. It’s played on a standard court with slightly adapted rules – no running or jumping, just good rallies and a focus on fun. Whether you’re returning to tennis after a break, recovering from injury, or simply fancy something a little less energetic, Walking Tennis could be just the thing.
