This course is designed for players who are just starting out with yellow ball tennis, whether you’ve recently moved up from green ball or are fairly new to the game. Sessions focus on helping you adjust to the full-size court and standard yellow ball at a comfortable, confidence-building pace. You’ll learn the core fundamentals of tennis, including basic strokes, movement, rallying, and scoring, all in a friendly and supportive environment.

The emphasis is on developing solid foundations rather than rushing progress. Drills are simple, clear, and progressive, giving you time to understand the game and enjoy longer rallies as your confidence grows.
