Cameron McPhee

Cameron is a qualified Coaching Instructor (Level 2) and currently studies at Napier University.

Camerons love and knowledge of tennis is clear to everyone who knows him. He is an extremely enthusiastic coach who brings a high level of energy to every tennis session he is involved in. In the summer of ‘24 he signed up for Camp America in Maine, USA where he spent 6 weeks coaching and playing, which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Cameron works at least 3 days a week with the team at Falkirk and assists with organising university tennis training at Napier. He has experience of coaching at various tennis clubs in the Central Scotland area and working with Mark Christie Tennis Coaching at Falkirk has given Cameron the skills and confidence to progress with his coaching qualifications.

It is very rarely Camerons doesn’t have a smile on his face and his easy-going nature and enthusiasm make him a hit with his peers and the kids during coaching sessions. He also shares his knowledge of the game with our adults, regularly providing tips on technique and tactics.

Camerons hard work was recently recognised by the LTA when he won the Young Person of the Year award. Well done Cammy!
