Notes from the coach

This programme is for players keen to develop their skills and to sharpen their matchplay. The emphasis will be on tactics (e.g. net play, return of serve) and court positioning. Sessions will be relaxed and supportive and include competitive play.

The first 45 minutes of the sessions will be drills and the second 45 minutes will be matchplay.
