NB All memberships are subject to completion of our club registration form and club committee ratification. Payment does not guarantee membership. Any rejected membership applications will be refunded. Please see our Club Rules and Policies.

Visitors are welcome –  if a visitor is not playing with a member then they must obtain the approval of a member of the Club’s Committee or one of the Club’s coaches before playing. The number of days a visitor may play in a year is limited to 5 and the fee payable per day or part of a day (however short) is £5. The Club member introducing the visitor is responsible for the visitor fee and appropriately supervising the visitor when playing.

*New members should affiliate their Advantage Play account to Mayfield Tennis Club venue and opt-in to the Wimbledon Ballot when they join British Tennis to qualify for Wimbledon tickets.
