Booking

The booking system is open to all paid-up members (excluding social members) who are registered on our ClubSpark system.  For those not familiar with the booking system, please click here or click or on the "How to Book" tab at the top of this page.

All  Club Sessions, Social Tennis Events and League Matches take preference.  Please refer to the booking calendar for dates, times and courts set aside for these sessions.

At other times members may individually book a court a maximum of 6 times in a 5 day rolling period  and up to 7 days in advance (that would be total of 6 hours court time in 5 day rolling period).  The session default time is  30 minutes, but  you can select a  maxium of 1 hour at a time using the drop down box option when you book.  Members MUST  include names of all participants (members and guests) when booking courts and remember that any guests may only play a maximum of 3 times in any club year. A visitor fee should be paid (again please see How to Book for information).

Members MUST book a court in advance of coming to the club unless they are attending a club session, social event or league match.

There is a fair play usage policy for courts at peak times 17:00 to 19:00 Tuesday to Friday during British Summer Time.  This is a maximum of  2 bookings per week per member for this period.  The club will be monitoring  usage and will review this and general booking policy and revise as neccessary.

If for any reason your plans change and you no longer require a court(s), then please remember to cancel the booking(s).  This will allow others to have the opportunity to book and use the court(s).
