League Fixtures and Results
We currently have 9 teams entered into the Head Liverpool and District League. These consist of 5 mens teams and 4 ladies teams.
Our men's teams are in divisions A, F, G and H.
Our ladies' teams are in divisions A, B, C and E.
There are many opportunities to play for the teams if you would like. Team practice sessions happen in April each year and any member who is interested in playing for a team can attend these.
This year's summer League has ended with great results for the Mersey Bowmen teams:
- We won the Men's E and G Divisions, earning us two trophies.
- Our Men's B team achieved second place in the B division, and thus were promoted to join our A team in the A division.
- Our Ladies A team finished 3rd in the top division. An excellent result
- Our Men's A team achieved 3rd position in Division A.
- Our other teams finished in the middle of their leagues with solid results that the entire club is proud of.
League fees- to cover the cost of balls there is a £2.50 per player fee for all summer league games. For Wirral winter league this applies only to home games. Please pay directly to your captain.
