Every successful tennis club needs great people behind it – whether they’re volunteers or paid staff. In fact, Britain’s courts have more than 25,000 people volunteering their time throughout the year, opening tennis up across the country.  

Each of our volunteers is highly valued and essential to help the club continue moving forwards. Whilst there's a vast amount of work behind the scenes, volunteering can help develop CV’s, skills development, overall health and self-confidence along with providing an opportunity to network and meet new people.
