Our group and holiday camp terms and conditions are designed to establish a fair framework for all participants. It is our priority to ensure every individual recieves the highest standard of service. Please see our terms and conditions below. 

1. Booking for coaching sessions is done online in advance via Michael Cook Tennis on ClubSpark.
2. Payment is processed through our online booking system. Payment is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions. Full payment confirms your place.
3. Group coaching course bookings result in a confirmation listing the classes/sessions. We reserve the right to amend these classes/sessions.
4. Coaching sessions must be booked in the player's name and are non-transferable.
5. Places are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Players are assumed to be fully fit; any medical conditions or disabilities should be communicated in advance on the player's ClubSpark profile.
7. Junior players must have an emergency contact number on their ClubSpark profile.
8. Players with medical equipment must inform the coach of its location at the outset of the lesson.
9. In the case of a term time course with too few players, we may cancel it and offer alternatives.
10. We will endeavor to make sure the advertised coach runs the advertised session but we reserve the right to changes/make substitutions.
