NETBALL Terms & Conditions

FEES

• Courts are charged at £16 per hour per court + £4 per hour per court for lights if required
• Fees will be invoiced in advance of sessions booked and will be sent via email to the person responsible for making payment

BOOKINGS

• All bookings must be made in advance via email to parks@i2ctennis.co.uk to include the following information:

CANCELLATION

• 2 working days notice is required for cancellation of booking.  Any bookings cancelled less than 2 working days in advance will still be charged
• Should the session be cancelled due to adverse weather making the courts unsafe for play, an alternative date will be given as a replacement

All players, participants and spectators assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any damages and loss following any loss of property, injury, permanent disability, or death resulting from their use of the Premises or participation in any activities on the courts at Miners Welfare Park, Bedworth Sports Club.
