Montgomery Tennis Club

Montgomery Tennis Club is a thriving club of around 80 members.  We have two hard courts, both flood lit, and a club house shared with the neighbouring bowling club.  The courts are enviably situated behind St Nicholas’s church with panoramic views of the Rea valley including Cordon Hill.

Tennis has been played in Montgomery since the 18th century and continues to be an activity at the heart of the community.

The club enters 8 teams in The Montgomeryshire Adult League and has a strong commitment to junior coaching and competitions.

We welcome new members of all ages and abilities.  Social tennis is on a Sunday morning and Friday evening  throughout the year.
